The My Family Dentistry team loves to take care of our patients. Whether you call it good old fashioned Southern hospitality like you’d expect to find in East Tennessee, or just great customer service, we embrace the idea that taking care of our patients’ dental care needs sometimes goes beyond the treatment room.
One of our “above and beyond” areas of customer service focus is offering affordable treatment options. We constantly strive to achieve a comfortable dentistry experience for our clients. Toward that end, we want people not only to have a comfortable experience during treatment, but we also want people to be able to afford their treatment without straining their budget. After all, how can you be comfortable if you don’t know how you can pay for the treatment you’re receiving?
Most people have some aid through dental insurance, but when insurance runs out other options are needed. Our team has come up with these options to help people create a dental budget that allows them to get the dental care they need to have the healthiest, most beautiful smile possible.
We want everyone know that we take all major credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, and AMERICAN EXPRESS.
We also have a great option that has been around for years, called CareCredit. CareCredit is a financing program that we can get you approved for in literally minutes if you qualify. No lengthy bank visit or hassle over a phone. We can help you apply in our office or you can do it yourself online.
The great thing about CareCredit is that they offer you some interest free payment options for up to 12 months and some extended payment options as well.
No matter what budget you may have, one of these is likely to fit where you need it. These may be an option for some, but others may want to seek the advice of a financial planner or a local banker. We want you to have a comfortable dental visit from treatment all the way through payment.
Please call us to talk about our payment options; we would love to help you have a healthier smile.
